Meridian Group has opened applications for its 2027 Graduate Rotation Program, which places incoming graduates across two divisions over an eighteen-month period before a permanent placement.
The program, now in its ninth year, has become one of the group’s primary pipelines into division leadership roles — roughly a third of current division vice presidents are program alumni.
“Most large companies rotate people through functions. We rotate people through entire divisions with completely different P&L structures,” said a member of the group talent team. “It’s a harder eighteen months, but it’s why our division leaders can actually talk to each other.”
Applications close September 30, 2026, with rotations beginning in January 2027. Details are available on the careers page.
