Meridian Group today reported consolidated revenue of $41.2 billion for fiscal year 2026, an increase of 9.4% over the prior year, with operating income of $6.8 billion.
All four divisions posted year-over-year growth, led by the Technology division’s cloud infrastructure segment, which grew 22% as external enterprise clients adopted Meridian’s industrial IoT platform.
“This was a year where the coordination thesis behind Meridian’s structure really showed up in the numbers,” said Chief Financial Officer Marcus Feldman. “Capital moved from Industrial’s stronger cash generation into Technology’s infrastructure build-out faster than it could have under four separately financed businesses.”
The board approved a dividend of $1.86 per share for the quarter, marking the 52nd consecutive year of dividend payments.
